We were recently in a car accident, so my daughters were terrified of the heavy rain and how flooded the road was becoming. We pulled into the Carquest parking lot because the road was heavily flooded and the lot was on higher ground than the road so it seemed like a safe place to stop until the rain and flooding subsided. We ended up going into the store because my daughters were afraid. We could not believe how kind and compassionate the staff were towards us. They told us we could stay there until the rain slowed down and even offered my daughters a place to sit and play and a bag of chips! When we decided it was safe to leave, one of the Carquest staff members told us the best roads to take to get home and told us to call him if we got stranded. Thanks from my daughters and I for all your kindness and support yesterday. We really appreciate your kindness. I will definitely shop at Carquest from now on and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Businesses that care not only about making money but also about people deserve to be recognized. Thanks so much to everyone working at Carquest yesterday for your kindness and help!
